About

Your Real Estate Guide is published by Central Coast Community Media, publishes of the Grapevine Community News and the Grapevine News Weekly.

Since 2003, the Grapevine News has a proud history of serving our region and the community and bringing them the 'News That Matters'. It is the only full-colour, glossy publication on the Central Coast of NSW that publishes in-depth news, without fear or favour, which affects the local community.

An award-winning publication, the Grapevine has been cited six times because of it's grass-roots community engagement and in its involvement in helping to drive community campaigns to protect the Central Coast from those who would see the region destroyed for their self-serving agendas.

Most recently, on its twenty-year anniversary, the Grapevine News was acknowledged on the 20th September 2023 by the 58th NSW State Parliament and the Minister for the Central Coast, David Harris MP, who spoke about the Grapevine's achievements over the years. The Grapevine received a gold-embossed parchment certificate - an extract of Mr Harris’ speech, which is now recorded in the Government Hansard for prosperity.

In the same tradition as the Grapevine News, in helping people, Your Real Estate Guide is there for those people wanting to embrace the Central Coast lifestyle with a 'sea' or 'tree' change - to find their dream home. Similarly, it is also there for Coasties buying their first home, or looking to up-size or downsize, to suit their changing circumstances.
